How cities and towns work for the people who live in them. Our interests include housing, public spaces, mobility, and local businesses, with particular attention to how design and development can make places more useful, accessible, connected, and resilient.

Health & wellness.

How people access nutritious food, physical activity, and care. We look for products, services, and environments that address barriers of cost, convenience, or quality and make better health easier to achieve and maintain.
